Updated the link here http://rainy.ws/misc-stuff/ with a new NA data.pak file; the older one had an issue with the new 4.x zones not showing the bases on the map, and this is now fixed in the new file (made it myself combining some files from both EU and NA data.pak files). The issue with lag while hovering over armor is also fixed with this, as I used the latest NA base files which fixed this problem recently.
