With today’s NA client patch comes a new pak file which includes gold feathers and other missing items from the last one:

Install as usual replacing the one in C:\Aion\L10N\ENG\Data

If you are running Aion from ARM in EU, you will be missing the icon that gets you to the Hero quests until I post a fix in a few days. Meanwhile you can use a bat file like this:
