Hi is there a way to use the old log text formatting instead? For example in the log window when I acquire kinah it shows now: ::Kinah::10000 (10000). I want it how it was originally before using rain meter where it says: You have earned 10000 Kinah

The option “Allways on top” is missing on the new version… how do I switch this so I don´t have arm in front of the game screen all the time? before I could just do alt+tab to switch between arm and aion, now it’s allways on top of the game screen :( I can minimise it but I liked more to have the option to switch the “allways on top” feature off…
I’ll bring it back in next update. You can also click on the blue button to kinda ~hide arm without having to minimize it

Yesterday I clicked accidently on the transparency button, but it worked after I restarted ARM. But now I can’t see ARM, there is only the Icon in the bar and I even when I click on “Switch transparancy interface” it does nothing, and I can’t start Aion over ARM… I reinstalled ARM, but there’s the same Problem.. can you help?

Hi! I live in France and play on Gameforge/EU. I configured settings correctly (finally i think ^^’).. I try to launch Aion from ARM, but each time, i got an old Aion’s icon launcher and always the same result getting a message : “This program is unavailable in your country”. “OK”, closed. What’s the problem? Thanks.
Maybe there is another Aion install in a different folder (unpatched) that ARM is using to run the game.
Same problem for me and my friend: we leave in France and it says the same thing “This program is unavailable in your country” when we launch after we installed everything correctly (I think so ^^)
Any idea to correct it? I don’t have any other folder for Aion that ARM could use to run the game

so I logged in and created a character.. it is all now in english, no more japanese word but the problem is whenever I start the game.. the game crash, like some error. Am I doing it wrong?
You need an updated data.pak for your version (assuming 6.x), I don’t have one ready yet.

With server merge in NA, will rainmetter be ok? Main Settings/ARM Settings asks us to choose our server. What does choosing a server do?
Server choice is used mostly to keep separate list of chars you have on different servers, faction lists, player DB. In EU also for abyss ranking data and pinging the servers.

Sure, give me the source code to the packet decryption. Note that aidps breaks several terms of the EULA by showing data not available through normal means and reverse-engineering/capturing/decrypting the incoming network data.

hello i’m not sure if this is a good place to ask but from what i read on the internet aion rain meter can fix the crash issue called ”game stopped working” i have aion from ncsoft and it worked fine a few years ago but now it seems i can’t enter the game anymore..everytime i try to open the game but when the game is supposed to start i get ”game stopped working” issue.Can someone please help me i really wish to play aion again..

It works pretty well, but after a while it just stops logging.
I don’t know what’s the reason for that, even if I re-enable log it won’t work. (Even if the log file size is small I have this problem). The only thing which helps is completely reinstalling ARM which is really annoying. Is there no other way of fixing this?
Chatlog isuses are usually caused by the Aion client being unable to write to the file, you can fix it by moving the folder outside of Program Files, i.e to C:\Aion, and then in ARM Tools/System Tools/Change EU install dir (run arm admin), point it to the new folder and then enable the chatlog again.

You can probably add an exception for the folders in use by arm as well as /tmp (used by the installer), then send mcafee the exe so they can check it for the false trigger and update their DB. Lately I see mostly mcafee and avira/avg doing this, they don’t check compressed executables properly and do this crap. Avast used to do the same but they seem better now. Honestly though I don’t know why anyone would want to keep using this crap, it’s one of the worst AV’s out there, they usually come bunbled as trial with new laptops… Read more »

Well but other player with Avira did Rainmeter works. Abd i did deinstall Avira so i didnt had any Antivirus programm and still the same problem.

Have the Problem that the Rainmeter needs 10 min to start up. After the Start up i can use it for 2-5 min and then it crashed. This problem have i since the last Update. I never had problems befor. Im Using Avira. Many other Players with avira dont have this problem. What can i do?

I wanted to post this after the last update but to be fair on judgement i waited a bit. I really think the delay you put on the “Star Aion client” option is too much. You have often redownloads and i can leave with this as they help you create trafic. But i need many times to open fast aion, one of the main advantages over the launcher is not needing internet to start aion (example my net resets / dc/ dns problems or i simply reset my router). Well my Avira isnt on the list. i got this Problem since i Dowload the NA packet and i loadet that na pack via: File>Load File
To install NA pak you must use Tools/System Tools/install NA pak
